My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based method for identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns that impact your relationships and self-perception. In addition to CBT, I integrate task-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing to tailor each session to your unique needs.
