Sex Therapy
Sex is an important part of our lives and relationships, but it can become difficult when there are struggles or unresolved issues at play, or when you are concerned about your level of desirability or arousal. Sex therapy can help to address these feelings and concerns and provide you with the information and education you need to feel confident in your sexuality while being supported through personal changes.
Sex therapy is a form of talk therapy designed to focus on issues related to sexuality, sexual identity, and a person’s sex life. Sessions do not involve any type of sexual activity or nudity. However, we will discuss the obstacles you experience that make it challenging to have a satisfying sex life as well as basic tools and knowledge areas designed to help you reach your goals.
