About Tajanay Keaton-Chesson, LCSW
Together, we’ll nurture your growth and help you claim the life you deserve.
Hi, I am Tajanay Keaton-Chesson, LCSW.
Are you finding it hard to express your emotional or sexual needs? I offer a safe, supportive space to explore what you want in relationships, sexuality, and everyday life. I often view growth like caring for a plant—it requires patience, support, and resilience. Together, we’ll work gently and compassionately so you can feel more confident asking for and receiving what you need.
I work with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, couples, and individuals navigating addictions or major life transitions. I believe you are the expert of your own life—my role is to listen, support, and walk alongside you, offering encouragement with the right balance of compassion and gentle challenge when it’s helpful.
My therapeutic approach is warm and attentive, drawing from CBT, Humanistic, Feminist, and Interpersonal therapies, along with Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology. While I may offer tools and perspectives, our work is always centered on what matters most to you.
As I begin serving the Honolulu community, I look forward to learning from you and supporting your journey of growth and healing.
Best,
Tajanay Keaton-Chesson, LCSW
